Crisis services
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis,
- Call 911 if you or others are in immediate physical danger.
- Call or text the at 988 to connect with a crisis counselor for free (available 24/7).
- Call at 211 for assistance connecting to local community resources (available 24/7).

M State counselors provide a confidential setting where you can explore personal concerns and work toward achieving a better understanding of yourself.
