Policy
ºÚÁϹÙÍø recognizes copyright owners of original works, regardless of the format of the work, have exclusive rights with respect to their creations. ºÚÁϹÙÍø promotes the recognition and protection of these rights.
Purpose
ºÚÁϹÙÍø employees and ºÚÁϹÙÍøs will comply with federal copyright laws.
Responsibility
President and Campus Designee
Ensure that all personnel are aware of and comply with this policy.
College Employees and Students
Observe federal copyright guidelines.
Library Faculty and Employees
Ensure copyright laws are not violated.
