Purpose Statement

To recognize ºÚÁϹÙÍøs for scholastic achievement in college-level courses each semester.

Procedure

1. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness generates academic honors lists.

        1.1 For term-to-term awards, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness generates a list of ºÚÁϹÙÍøs and determines eligibility 1-2 weeks following the end of the term

        1.2 For graduates, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness generates a list of ºÚÁϹÙÍøs and determine eligibility three weeks following the end of the term

2. Strategic Communications and Marketing corresponds with ºÚÁϹÙÍøs via letters

3. Associate registrars will clarify questions from ºÚÁϹÙÍøs about not meeting eligibility
